at Swan Harbor Farm, we understand that everyone's dream wedding or special event is
different and each can be planned to suit individual needs and desires. You and your guests should feel
comfortable and welcomed here and able to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the farm. The staff works
diligently to see that your wedding day or special occasion is exactly what you want it to be. We feel it
is our privilege to share in your memorable day.
STANDARD BOOKING:
Weekdays (Monday thru Thursday)
Indoor Rental Only - includes fully furnished first floor or entire house for a 4 hour or 8 hour timeframe (all inclusive).
Estimated Fee: $900 and up (includes security deposit)
Weekdays Full Rental - includes house, tent, tables and chairs for a 4 hour to 8 hour timeframe (all inclusive).
Estimated Fee: $2,640 and up (includes security deposit)
Weekends and Holidays - Rental includes house, tent, tables and chairs for a 6.5 hour timeframe (Set-up 1.5 hours, Event 4 hours, Clean-up 1 hour).
Estimated Fee: $3,540 and up (includes security deposit)
DOUBLE BOOKING:
Saturdays only - Rental includes house, tent, tables and chairs for a 13 hour timeframe
(Set-up 3 hours, Event 8 hours, Clean-up 2 hours).
Estimated Fee: $6,140 and up (includes security deposit)
EVENT TIMES:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered to be weekend event and rates.
Monday thru Friday and Sunday Options- There is 1 event scheduled for these days and renter determines
his booking time.
Saturdays- There are 3 booking options on Saturdays (2 events maximum scheduled per day):
Option 1: Daytime - 10:30 AM - 5:00PM
Option 2: Evening - 5:30 PM - midnight
Option 3: Double Booking - 13 hours determined by renter
CAPACITY:
Our maximum capacity for outdoor events is 250. The house capacity is 125, with a seating capacity for about 70 people throughout the
various rooms on the first floor..
VENDORS:
Renters are responsible for choosing the vendors for their events. All events must be catered and all caterers must be licensed and insured. First time caterers must visit Swan Harbor Farm prior to the event.
